Appointment Cancellations

Memberships and Packages

Refunds on prepaid memberships or packages are not available. However, transfers to another individual or credit for future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Products Purchased

Refunds or exchanges for retail products are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately. We will address your concerns and work to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, including offering a complimentary service adjustment if appropriate.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
